Foreign phrases

aequitas
:
Fair or just according to natural law.
2.
bona fide
:
in good faith, without fraud.
3.
certiorari
:
A writ of Supreme Court calling forth the records and entire proceedings of an inferior court

:

:
An act of grace or favour.

habeas corpus
:
A prerogative writ to a person who detains another in custody and which commands him to produce or ‘have the body of that person before him’.

A prerogative writ or command issued by a High court to a lower Court.

:

:

:

:
