The Companies Act 2013 Notified

Ministry of Corporate Affairs has notified 183 more sections with effect from 01 April, 2014.  Ministry of Corporate Affairs alreadynotified a group of sections of the new Act with effect from 12 September, 2013. Many of the notified sections are depends on rules. So rules are expected to be notified soon. The given are the sections implemented with effect from 01stApril, 2014
