Ministry of Corporate Affairs INTRODUCED CLASS-2014, a scheme for companies which are defaulted in filing the pending documents (annual accounts, annual return etc) As far as the stringent penal provisions of the Comaponies Act,2013 is concerned, this is a great oppertunity and relief to corporates, which are defaulted in filing the returns with MCA.
Attractions:- Scheme will be in force from 15 August to 15 October of 2014;
- Additional fee will be reduced by 75% of the actual additional fee;
- Companies filing such pending documents will be eligible for obtaining immunity certificate;
Corporates are requested to make use of this oppertunity
